181. Centering the Wise Heart with Three of Swords

Happy 2022, loves! Three of Swords is our card for the month of January, inviting us into some powerful work around centering the heart in challenging or painful moments. When this card arises, there is usually some kind of call to us from the heart, letting us know that it is hurting and wants our care and attention. When we choose to center the heart, rather than go with our thinking mind's attempts to blame, bypass, or move away from this discomfort, we can repattern and reparent ourselves in extraordinary ways. In this episode, we dive into the heart of Three of Swords, and I answer a listener's question about how the Tarot can be of assistance around a huge fear of death. CWs: The content in this episode contains references to death.
